Once model kit has been built by Toys King, it will not be modified further or replaced if customer does not approve of how it was built and how it was modified. Toys King asks each of its customers to be as descriptive as possible, when asking Toys King to build a model kit/s. If the customer chooses a level 2 build, Toys King asks that the customer either sends a message, e-mail or telephone call to Toys King and describes where they would like shadow on their model. If the customer chooses a level 3 build, Toys King asks that the customer either sends a message, e-mail or telephone call to Toys King and describes where they would like the shadow and what special effect they would like on there model. If Toys King does not mention a specific special effect that the customer would like, we ask that the customer either sends us a detailed picture of the effect with a description or bring Toys King an example of the effect.
